Fisette Has Major Conflicts of Interest Via Domestic Partner's Corporation

Hi Yupette,

Check out the consulting firm Healthy Companies International, owned by Jay Fisette's domestic partner, Robert Rosen. Client list reads like the membership of the local and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Including Dominion Resources, which Fisette just appointed to his environmental task force.

Potomac Overlook Park - Same Old Park, More Green PR

Hello, Yupette,

I visited the Potomac OverLook Nature Center, now the James Mayer Memorial Nature Center, the other day to see what the Energerium is all about. The Energerium consists of a number of plaques affixed to the inside walls asking visitors to turn off unused lights, buy compact florescent bulbs, etc. The solar panel demonstration project is apparently not producing energy. Solar water heating panels were recently installed on the Park Ranger's home, and are working well. The worst of the invasive plants have been removed.

Guest Thread: Planning for New Wakefield H.S. Will Start Soon

Hi Yupette,

Please be aware that planning for a new Wakefield High School will start soon. So if you have children who will attend Wakefield you should be involved. Don't leave the decision-making to the politicians. Our kids deserve better than educational decisions made on the basis of local politics by political parties.
