Hi Yupette:
So the RePigs are all upset because a career federal employee got sued by the County Board for carrying out the Bush Administration's HOT Lanes $teal on I-395? Too bad.
I would love to see the Nanny Nancy Republicans, who micro-manage our lives from their federal offices, and their agencies sued for defamation and slander, which is what many of them do at "work" when they aren't in employee counseling sessions. And if it's not Federal employees, it's people who work for the NGOs.
Enough. Time is long overdue for federal and NGO employees to be held accountable for actions and activities performed while they are supposed to be "working".

What's even worse local news media, like the Sun Gazette, post daytime rants by federal employees on their blogs and daytime local talk radio shows rely on calls from federal workers.
Ask the Chairman of the Arlington County Republican Party what he did when he "worked" at the U.S. Department of Labor during the Bush Administration.
Republicans posting rumors, slander, and defamation and exchanging e-mails filled with the same from their federal workplaces during working hours was massive during the Bush Administration.
So were the illegal break-ins and searches of peace activists' homes.
Busybody and Republican are synonyms.
President Obama was very angry when he was told of the huge number of illegal break-ins and wiretaps that occurred during the Bush Administration, most directed against mainstream anti-war organizations, and he told "law enforcement" to knock it off.
Want to know what the worst is? When they are on the phone for hours trying to get connected to Rush.
Has anyone ever computed the total amount of time the neocons spend trying to get connected to Rush, Sean, Michael, etc.?
No the worst is when you have to get some sleep in a truck outside your shelter in Iraq because the people inside are trying to contact Rush on the satphone while bitching about the 'socialists'.
NGOs are the worst. All 90% of America's NGOs do is prevent anything positive from happening.
Agree, NGOs are the worst. It was the NGOs that blocked real national health care and real financial services reform.
Why shouldn't the County Bord sue everyone involved in the HOT Lanes fiasco that proposes to illegally dump 50,000 more vehicles onto South Arlington's streets every weekday?
The Repub. insiders, like Wayne Kubicki, who endorse the I-395 HOT lanes steal almost all live in North Arlington.
How about asking - why did then-Attorney General Bob McDonnell fail to prosecute the foreign corporation - Transurban - that made illegal campaign contributions to Virginia pols in return for their approving the Hot Lanes $$teal?
Duh, because the company that pushed the Hot lanes $$teal didn't make any claims about Global Warming?
If McDonnell had gone after Transurban he would have had to have also gone after his politrickster pals in the General Assembly who took the illegal campaign contributions.
If the Hot lanes are constructed the Aussies are going to get the goldmine and we are going to get the gridlock. Keep suing.
My large condo association has been mismanaged by three successive nanny nancy federal bureaucrats over the past 15 years. All they seem to be able to do effectively is start and spread mslicious gossip about residents who seek basic improvements.
The nannies who control the Fairlington civic association are up to their old antics, sending e-mails around the community in support of Zimmy from their offices where they "work" in a Federal agency.
