GE Spent $750,000 on Sun Gazette Parent Bankruptcy
According to motions filed with the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wilmington, General Electric Capital Corporation, the owner of the Sun Gazette's parent corporation American Community Newspapers LLC, spent more than $750,000 in legal and consulting fees taking American Community Newspapers into bankruptcy and converting ACN LLC into a media mergers and acquisition subsidiary.

Yo, "Jane Barcroft" aka John Antonelli and Karen Murray better set aside a big chunk of the royalties to defend themselves from defamation and slander suits. At least one Arlingtonian who was trashed by the novel is looking for an opportunity to sue them. And he has the money to do it. Pretty stupid for an author of a slanderous novel to admit in writing that the novel was slanderous.

Well, GE Capital Corporation aka ACN LLC, is seeking an emergency ruling from the Federal District Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington to terminate various office leases ASAP. Anyone know what General's Electric's revenue was last year?

The "Jane Barcroft Gang" is a group of Arlington Republicans who use various media as well as malicious rumors, gossip, etc. to trash Greens and progressives. Their own lives and activities are totally off-limiits.
