At the July County Board meeting the CB didn't have any problem with spending $8 million over the next 5 years for welfare for wealthy arts groups.

Go to arlingtonva.us and check out the County Board's agenda for the September 26th meeting. Plenty of extravagant spending.

How about the CB spending a couple million to fund park & recreation infrastructure for the Founder's Square mega-infill? Something the Founders Square developers should have funded. (Agenda Item 65)

Why is the County Board funding additional ART Bus routes that it will likely be forced to eliminate next fiscal year? Agenda Item 60.

Look at the County Board's agenda from its Saturday meeting. The way they're spending money we will see a 6% tax increase next year. $60 million is 6% of $1 billion.
