I thought his first name is "Gentrification."

"Giveaway" Jay Fisette never met a wealthy developer, arts group, or recreation activity he didn't want to put on the County dole.

Seen the latest Rosslyn Magazine (published by Giveaway Jay's performing arts, developer, and commercial real estate buds)? The Cultural Center is a done steal. What a welfare for the wealthy pig out, makes the $ignature $teal look like a couple of teenagers sharing a couple shoplifted 6-packs of beer.

How about Giveaway Jay Fi$ette and the County Board's $1 million giveaway to a Shirlington developer at the last County Board meeting. Litigation settlement over a parking garage, my a$$.

At least Boss Hogg Zimmerman voted yes against the wishes of the Arlington Ridge Nimbys who opposed affordable housing in Potomac Yards.

Gentrification Jay Fisette is another xenophobe who calls the cops every time he sees a couple of Latina house cleaners lost while driving around Gourmet Jay's Yupscale neighborhood looking for a client's home.

Correction, Jay Fisette is a total Log Cabin Yupublican Pig who only cares about the arts, entertainment, and recreation. And gourmet food.

According to County Staff Giveaway Jay pushed the County Board to give Street Realty $1 million of scarce tax dollars rather than litigating the parking garage dispute in court, as the other County Board members initially wanted to do. Another $hirlington $teal.

I found Rosslyn Magazine in the Library. Why is Arlington County giving these wealthy, wealthy people anything, let alone leasing an expensive building for a cultural center and using tax dollars and county employees to manage the facility?

If condos in Rosslyn are selling for $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 why do the residents need taxpayers' subsidies for their entertainment?

Jay has been a welfare for the wealthy proponent all the time he's been on the County Board. How about another thread? How about renewable energy?

Jay's priorities while serving on the County Board have been live theater, gourmet food, and dog parks. He's just another Log Cabin Republican who calls himself a Democrat.
