Arlington Mill 'Affordable' Housing - Resegregation Through Gentrification

Hello Yupette,

Anyone who doesn't believe that Chris Zimmerman's agenda for the Pike isn't to drive out all the minorities and middle class non-minorities should visit the County's Web site and see the extravagant plans for the so-called 'affordable' housing to be constructed on the County-owned Arlington Mill site. No wonder you will have to earn $50,000 or so to be 'qualified' to become a tenant. Just right for a recent college grad who's working for a non-profit. Plenty of parking for a pre-owwned or Mom's hand-me-down BMW - zooom. And if one of your Yuptard buds has a problem with controlled substances, there's going to be a recovery center on-site. Mr. Zimmerman thought of everything. Yupeee.

I wonder how Zimmy will like 10,000 more people driving in and out of Arlington when the entire Pike is gentrified?

Dude, that's why he's known as the "Guru of Gridlock".

Nada Tejada sure looked unhappy when he was asked what about the latinos and latinas who work across the street from Arlington Mill in low wage jobs?

Boss Zimmerman brought in the usual Zimmercrats to testify for the Zimmerfication of the Pike and had his ward heelers tell the neighborhood Latinos and Latinas that they would be arrested if they attended and spoke up for inclusion as low-income tenants.

What was the worst part of the charade? Zimmy brought in an African-American resident of "affordable" housing who earns more than $60,000 a year and she expressed her happiness at not having to live amongst people who earn less than $60,000 / year.

Face it - Chris Zimmerman is Arlington's Hosni Murbarak.

I was told not to attend any meetings regarding Arlington Mill or I would be arrested. One of Mr. Zimmerman's putas for smart growth gentrification told me this. What legal action can I take regarding this type of behavior?

I thought the REITFuhrer Von Zimmerman postings were a joke, but now I see that Zimmerman is engaged in racial purification and the kind of megalomania that Hitler and other dictators inflicted on their subjects.

EFC Homeowner said...

Yes, and in East Falls Church the Zimmercrat-in-Chief is Mike Nardolilly, aka Mike Nardozimmy.

Megalomania? Think about this. If a suburban town outside Berlin were populated by upscale civil servants of the Third Reich, do you think Adolph Hitler would have torn apart their community to create elite housing for the SS?

Zimmerman is a f-ing wacko Rockefeller Republican is what hie is.

Obviously, Zimmerman wants anyone who doesn't earn at least median household income, $103,000 per yesr, out of Arlington.

No, Zimmerman is a wacko Reagan Democrat.

Zimmerman and his fellow Wackocrat, Mike Nardozimmy, want to make EFC a total Zimmerfication Zone. Only 'model minorities' and Yuptards will be allowed to live in the 'affordable' neighborhoods.

Mike NardoZimmy is a chump for whatever Zimmerman has to offer.

Arlington's Official Motto for 2011 should be: "Get Wise to Zimmy's Lies"

Yeah, no doubt about it, Zimmerman is doing his ethnic and racial cleansing thing again on the Pike.

Juan, call the State Attorney General's office in Richmond.

Zimmerman has redefined 'affordable' to mean 'affordable to recent college graduates in good entry level jobs'.

Having messed up WMATA for 15 years Chris Zimmerman is turning his attention on Arlington's transportation infrastructure. Look out people.

Pike Rider said...

Yeah, $138 million for 10 streetcars on the Pike. Outrageous or what?

Yupette, how about a posting about ZimmPig's next nasty resegregation through gentrification project: Howard Manor Apartments on Lee Highway? Agenda Item 11 to be heard on Tuesday.
