Inexpensive Solar Pool Heaters Are Widely Available

Hi Yupette,

If you Google "Solar Pool Heaters" you will see that there are many to choose from and most are inexpensive. Many have photovoltaic panels to power the pump that circulates water through the panel. There is no reason why anyone needs to heat an in-ground or above-ground pool with natural gas or electricity off the grid.

I'm writing my condo association and asking that it purchase a solar heater and install it ASAP to heat water before our pool opens in May.

Arlington's "Leaders" are Lazy, Greedy, Selfish, Hedos

Hey Yupette,

Where is the fund raising? Where is the philanthropy? Where is the caring? Where is the sharing?

Arlington is run by and for greedy selfish Hedos.

Antonelli - Sun Gazette Coordinate Attacks Against "Lefties" from FBI Headquarters

Hi Yupette,

I've conducted an analysis of FBI Special Agent John Antonelli's postings to the Sun Gazette blog (www.sungazette.net) and it appears that Special Agent Antonelli and Sun Gazette Editor Scott McCaffrey have coordinated letters and blog postings aimed against "lefties" for at least the past 5 years during 9-5 Monday-Friday work hours.

That TOTALLY SUCKS.

No wonder why anyone who doesn't "go along with the Yupublicratic program" doesn't get anywhere politically in Arlington.

Hi Yupette,

Did you know that the roof collapsed on the Bailey's Crossroads fire - EMS station during the snowstorm and subsequently Arlington County government cut a heavy rescue unit and also funding for fire and ems from its 2011 budget?

Pikester

(According to a press release from Fairfax County the Bailey's Crossroads fire and EMS station roof collapsed on February 9th due to the weight of 2 feet of snow:

"A fire engine, ladder truck, three EMS units, and a utility truck were all extensively damaged. Several personally owned vehicles parked next to the fire station were totaled. There was minimal damage to the administrative and living areas of the station.")
